Run PDA For Portal 3.0.9 Integrated with 11.5.9 !!!!!!! |

Portal 3.0.9 is no longer supported by Oracle but for existing client they are supporting and suggesting to upgrade by latest version. To collect information about portal and other required to help Metalink Support to take rapid action. Do the following steps.
1) Download the script from here (http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/ias/portal/files/pda30.zip)
2) FTP the pda30.zip file to the server.
3) Change the ownership and permission. chown applmgr:dba pda30.zip chmod -R 755 pda30.zip
4) Unzip the pda30.zip file into a folder.
5) Login to SQL*PLUS as PORTAL30 user.
6) Execute sqlplus> @/u01/PDA/PDA30_unix.sql
7) Script will prompt :
- Folder Path /u01/PDA - The 9iAS Home - The Portal Schema Name - portal30 - The SSO Schema Name
8) The script will give you a chance to verify the values you entered.Please verify it and make sure they are correct. Press "Return" key if the values are correct or press "Ctrl-C" twice to stop the script execution.
9) It will generate PDA_RESULTS.zip
10) Zip the PDA_RESULTS folder as PDA_RESULTS.zip and upload the file via metalink
11) Open the PDA.html file (under the PDA_RESULTS folder) in the browser.
