    1. Login as orale user and Stop the Database
    2. Stop ASM instance
    3. Stop Node App
    4. Login as root and stop Oracle Cluster
    ./crsctl stop crs

    ==========================================
    Startting Oracle Cluster
    ==========================================

    - Login as root user and start the cluster, it will start the rest. of services
    ./crsctl start crs
    - Check the status
    ./crsctl check crs
    ./crs_stat -t
